Investment briefing at the Dutch Embassy in London

Opportunities on the Dutch residential market
The programme includes an update on the Dutch residential market, an analysis of successful residential transactions in 2024 and insight in current investment and financing opportunities. Speakers will be Hans Broere (Head Programming and Coordination at the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning), Arjan Peerboom (CEO Capital Value), Thijs Konijnendijk (Director Research) and Roel van de Bilt (Executive Partner at DEBTA).
Arjan Peerboom, CEO at Capital Value: “The housing shortage in the Netherlands will increase to 420,000 homes in 2026. Our research shows that Dutch pension funds have a lot of capital available in the coming years to invest in new affordable rental homes. However, to reach the ambition of realising 100,000 new homes annually, international capital is also needed. Especially as international investors in the past have proven to be complementary to Dutch pension funds by investing in larger projects and projects for specific target groups.”
To attend the meeting, you need a personal invitation and registration. If you are interested in attending and did not receive a personal invitation, please send an email with your contact details to info@capitalvalue.nl.
