New Executive Board for Capital Value
History of Capital Value
Capital Value was founded in 2012 by Marijn Snijders and Kees van Harten. Over 13 years, the organisation grew into a market leader and full-service specialist in the Dutch residential and healthcare real estate market, with key services including transactions, valuations, consultancy, and research.
The New Executive Board
Arjan Peerboom, Natálie Verhoef, and Clemens van Vuurde have been part of Capital Value’s management team for a considerable time. Over the past years, they have played a significant role in the organisation’s growth. Within the executive board, Arjan Peerboom will assume the role of CEO. Arjan has an extensive track record in transactions of new and existing (affordable) rental properties in the Netherlands. As CEO, he will be responsible for determining the strategy, innovation, and commercial growth of Capital Value.
Natálie Verhoef has over 20 years of real estate experience and, as Director of Valuations, is responsible for valuations for financial institutions. Within the executive board, she will be responsible for the internal organisation and processes at Capital Value. Clemens van Vuurde has over 15 years of experience as a specialist in guiding complex transactions of both existing buildings and new-build. In addition to his role as Director of Investments, he will be responsible for the organisation’s financial policy.
Kees van Harten and Marijn Snijders on this new step: “We are immensely proud to pass the baton to the new generation that embodies the Capital Value DNA. Arjan, Natálie, and Clemens have shown incredible dedication to Capital Value over the past years and have the right drive to make our organisation and team even more successful in the coming years. We have great confidence that they, as the executive board of Capital Value, will make a significant contribution to the challenges in the Dutch residential and healthcare real estate market. We wish Arjan, Natálie, and Clemens a lot of success and will remain involved in the business and strategy of the organisation as founders.”
Arjan Peerboom: “We are proud to take over the baton from Marijn and Kees as the new executive board. Capital Value has grown tremendously in recent years and is now a solid entity. Our mission is to continue this success with our clients and colleagues in the coming years.”
