Novatectum has sold the land position Liebergpark in Hilversum to Koopmans Projecten BV. The project offers space for the development of a mixed residential project with 278 homes, commercial space and 240 parking spaces. Capital Value advised Novatectum on the sale.

Space for varied and affordable housing
The development location has an irrevocable zoning plan and offers the possibility to realise a diverse program that meets the growing need for affordable housing in Hilversum. The plan includes 93 social rental homes, 115 mid-priced rental homes and 71 private sector homes. In addition, the location will contain commercial space and 240 parking spaces for residents and visitors. This project fits in seamlessly with the ambitions of the municipality of Hilversum to add affordable and sustainable homes to the local housing stock.
