PATRIZIA has sold 73 apartments and 121 parking spaces at Safariweg 207–389 in Maarssen to TBM Investors. The apartments form part of a sustainable residential complex in a central location next to Maarssen railway station and the Bisonspoor shopping centre. Capital Value advised PATRIZIA on the sale, while Van Dijk & Ten Cate acted for the buyer.
PATRIZIA sells 73 apartments in Maarssen to TBM Investors
The residential complex on Safariweg was built on freehold land in 2012. The apartments have energy labels A and A+. It comprises a mix of two- and three-room apartments, with an average floor area of approximately 79 sq m. A range of unit types is available, with floor areas ranging from 60 to 105 sq m. Each apartment has private outdoor space in the form of a loggia, balcony or terrace. The complex also offers ample parking facilities.
Thanks to its favourable location next to Maarssen railway station, the A2 motorway and the Bisonspoor shopping centre, the complex is easily accessible and attractive to a broad target group. Bisonspoor offers a wide range of shops, offices, restaurants and sports facilities.
Clemens van Vuurde, Director Transactions at Capital Value: “Thanks to strong preparation by the seller and a limited selection of potential buyers, we were able to deliver an efficient and successful sales process. Opting for a small-scale process enabled us to strike the right balance between competition and exclusivity. The combination of the relatively recent construction year, the excellent location and the already active homeowners’ association (VvE) made this a highly sought-after complex among the selected parties. We congratulate TBM Investors and PATRIZIA on this transaction.”
