Stichting Pensioenfonds voor de Architectenbureaus (pension fund for architects) has sold a large residential portfolio. The portfolio consists of 9 complexes with a total of 227 homes. The homes are located in among others: Raalte, Nijmegen, Breda, Bergeijk and Kampen. Buyer is a Dutch private investor. Capital Value advised the pension fund on the sale.
