Housing association Pré Wonen recently sold a residential property in Heemskerk, conisting of 16 apartments and 21 commercial spaces. In the property, with architectural-historical significance, no individual units have been sold individually. The buyer is a developing investor. Capital Value assisted Pré Wonen with the sale, in collaboration with Teer makelaars. Goudswaard Real Estate assisted the buyer with the purchase.
