The development is located at Zangvogelweg and offers 165 rental apartments in various price ranges. Capital Value advised on the transaction on behalf of the sellers.
Residential development HIER! in Amersfoort sold to Alllantie Ontwikkeling
HIER! consists of two buildings, one tower of 23 metres located at Zangvolgelweg and a tower of 60 metres alongside Valleikanaal. Both buildings will be surrounded by a garden that will provide access to the buildings and the parking garage. HIER! offers 165 apartments, varying in size from 44.5 sqm. to 108 sqm. In addition, HIER! will offer social functions in the plinth of the building. 57 of the apartments will be realised in the social sector and 108 in de mid-priced rental sector. The buildings are designed by 01-10 architects from Rotterdam. Construction is expected to start late 2020.
