Rubens Capital Partners has acquired a large portfolio with homes and care units in Friesland. The portfolio, called Vitality, comprises more than 900 residential units spread over 39 complexes. The seller of the portfolio is Estea Capital Friesland BV. Capital Value was responsible for the commercial supervision of the sale. Pels Rijcken provided the legal guidance.
Rubens Capital Partners acquires large residential care portfolio in Friesland
The complexes in the portfolio are spread across the province of Friesland, with most complexes in Leeuwarden, Heerenveen and Drachten. The portfolio offers housing to a growing target group in Friesland. The majority of the complexes are leased to solid care partners on a long-term basis. All lease contracts with the various healthcare institutions will be continued. In the coming period, it will be examined how the portfolio can be optimised. After the sale, Vastestate will continue the property management.
