As of August 1, the valuation team of Capital Value has been expanded with Scott Ellson. In his role as Adviser Valuations, he will support the team of registered valuers in appraising large residential portfolios for institutional investors, as well as in matters related to new construction and sustainability.
Scott Ellson joins Capital Value Valuations
Scott recently completed his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. During his graduation internship at Colliers, he not only became acquainted with the professional field but also with innovative applications within the sector. His graduation research focused on the use of artificial intelligence to support and optimize the valuation process.
