SDK Vastgoed sells new build development in in Helmond
The 13 single-family dwellings are part of one of the last housing projects in Stepekolk. The realisation is a result of the good cooperation with the municipality of Helmond, which has been closely involved in the realisation of the neighbourhood over the past 20 years. The houses are located on spacious plots. In addition, all homes have a parking space on their own premises. Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2018.
Thijs Meijer, real estate advisor: “In addition to the many large deals with institutional investors, we are increasingly seeing private investors’ interest in small-scale and medium-sized new-build projects. Private investors can make an important contribution to reducing housing shortages.”
