Housing association Stadgenoot recently sold the newly-built property 'De Horizon' to ERES REIT. The property is located at the Oostenburgermiddenstraat and offers 33 apartments. Capital Value advised Stadgenoot on the sale. The building will be managed by the local team of ERESM (www.eresm.nl).
Stadgenoot sells 33 new -build apartments in Amsterdam
The apartment building, located on private land, has already been realised. The two- and three bedroom apartments have a living area varying in size from 51.4 to 75.1 sqm. and all have an outdoor area. In addition, there is a communal courtyard that is shared with the adjacent complex ‘Het Eiland’.
