On behalf of housing association Staedion, we recently started with the sale of 53 apartments in residential complex 'Tuvista' in Delft. The complex, built in 2009, consists in total of 72 apartements and a commercial space rented out to a nursery (located on the ground floor). All apartments have an individual outdoor space. Capital Value will supervise the sales procedure.
