The Research & Consultancy team at Capital Value has been expanded with the addition of Stefan Kaal. He will be working as a Housing Market Consultant. Stefan previously completed a Master of Science in Facility and Real Estate Management at the University of Greenwich and recently completed a programme on the ESG aspects of real estate at the University of Cambridge.
