Stichting Warande has sold two residential care locations with a total of 175 units in Houten and Bilthoven to Fidelity International. Capital Value advised the seller in this sale & lease back transaction. Stichting Warande will lease both locations back on a long-term basis. The sale of the complexes fits in with the strategic real estate plans of care institution Warande to realise new build and renovation in its portfolio in the coming years.
