On Monday 9 February, Capital Value’s annual event took place in the railroad museum in Utrecht. Theme of the meeting this year was the cooperation between investors and housing associations. A number of renowned speakers gave their view on the residential market; Marien de Langen (Stadgenoot), Kirk Lindstrom (Round Hill Capital) and René Hogenboom (Altera Vastgoed). Stef Blok, Minister for Housing and the Central Government Sector, also delivered a speech on the developments on the Dutch residential market.
Successful event for investors and housing associations in Utrecht
Capital Value annually carries out an extensive research project into the Dutch residential investment market, in which some 65 housing associations and 100 major residential investors take part. During the event, the latest research results were presented and the first copy of the research report was handed out to Minister Blok.
