Synchroon and Redevco have reached an agreement on the sale of the new-build development De Porseleinen Toren (the Porcelain Tower) in Delft. Capital Value assisted Synchroon during the sales process. The tower offers space for 85 apartments and 200 m² catering in the plinth. The tower is designed by Orange Architects and the landscape design is provided by Felixx. It will become a landmark in the most southwestern spur of Nieuw Delft. ERA Contour will undertake the construction of the tower, which will commence in early 2022.
