Thijs Konijnendijk Head of Research at Capital Value

As per 1 June, Thijs Konijnendijk joined Capital Value. As Head of Research he will be responsible for the various studies on the residential investment market that we publish annually. In addition, Thijs will make an important contribution to our consultancy services. Thijs previously worked as a lecturer at Utrecht University and worked as a Research Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield.

Project team also expands
Our project team has also expanded. As per 1 June two new project assistants have joined our team: Jacoline van den Berg (previously: Cushman & Wakefield) and Toufik Bennadi (previously: a.s.r. real estate). Both Jacoline and Toufik will offer operational support to our real estate advisors.
