Maasdelta Groep, Ressort Wonen and woonstichting De Zes Kernen recently signed a purchase agreement with Vestia to take over a part of the portfolio in Brielle, Vierpolders and Zwartewaal. Capital Value advised on the acquisition of the homes.
Three housing associations jointly acquire approx. 750 homes from Vestia
The transaction comprises approx. 750 homes. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval. The sale contributes to maintaining the number of social rental homes in the municipality of Brielle, Vierpolders and Zwartewaal. For Vestia, the sale makes it possible to repay loans and to focus on its core regions. The transfer of the real estate is expected to take place on 1 July 2022.
