Urban Interest has purchased 27 apartments with 27 parking spaces in Heemskerk from Altera. The apartments are located above shopping centre ‘De Citadel ‘ in the east of Heemskerk. Capital Value assisted Altera with the sale. The apartments were built in 2006 and have energy label A. It concerns 3 and 4 room apartments with an average surface area of 110 m².
