Van Wanrooij Projectontwikkeling delivers 198 apartments in Utrecht Rijnvliet
The property consists of three building sections, two of which are in a square shape connected by an intermediate building section. This also creates three uniquely designed communal gardens, on top of the parking layer where there is space for 237 cars. The 198 apartments range in size from around 60 to 135 sqm and are suitable for multiple target groups: families with children, senior citizens and first-time buyers in the mid-rent and free-sector rental segment. All apartments have been let and tenants will soon receive the keys. Arjan Peerboom, Director at Capital Value: ”The completion of the 198 apartments in Rijnvliet contributes to reducing the large housing shortage in Utrecht. The project is a good example of successful cooperation between municipality, developer, contractor and investor. It is important that we continue to work together to realise new rental homes in this challenging period”.
