Housing association Waterweg Wonen recently sold two residential complexes with a total number of 31 single-family dwellings. The complexes are located in Vlaardingen. The first complex consists of 10 single-family dwellings located on the Sneeuwbalstraat en the second complex consists of 21 single-family dwellings located on the Johan de Wittstraat. Buyer is Accresco Vastgoed. Capital Value Vastgoed advised Waterweg Wonen on the sale.
