WWS-analysis
We start with a WWS analysis of your residential complex, property portfolio, or new development project based on the housing programme. By putting the correct parameters into the models we have developed, we will provide you with reliable insight into the number of WWS points and the associated maximum rent.
WWS-optimisation scan
Are you interested in the opportunities to increase the WWS points for your propertie(s)? Then we can make an optimisation scan for you. Based on your preferences, we will develop three scenarios: basic, intermediate, and advanced. Each scenario includes a logical combination of measures, with increasing intensity. The scan provides insight into the actions to be taken and the additional points and rental income they will generate.

If you are considering to improve the energy label of your property, we can provide insight into what effect this has in terms of additional points,. We can also calculate the effects of adjustments to the finishing of the kitchen, bathroom, or the layout of the property itself. By doing research into various scenarios, you will receive a clear overview of the measures that best align with your objectives.
WWS-points report per unit (mandatory from 1 January 2025)
As per January 2025 it is mandatory to include a WWS points report with every new rental agreement. If we have carried out a WWS analysis for you, we can also assist you with the WWS points reports. The WWS points report is prepared per unit and is based on data from the entire complex, including floor plans, energy labels, and information about the finishing of the kitchen, bathroom, and other areas.
