Land with uncertain construction feasibility, rough or construction-ready land

We perform valuations on land with uncertain construction feasibility, rough construction land and construction-ready land. In the case of land with uncertain construction feasibility, we work together with you to consider the feasibility of a change-of-use procedure and a construction plan. If a change-of-use procedure has already taken place and rough construction land is involved, we make an estimate of the plan development costs necessary to make the land construction-ready. We always work in close cooperation with you in order to ensure the most efficient and transparent process.
