Reducing the housing shortage

By stimulating cooperation between market parties, you play an important role in reducing the housing shortage in the Netherlands. You can create opportunities to increase the housing stock by such means as selling land positions or transformation properties in, for instance, the non-regulated rental segment.

How do supply and demand come together?

We have daily contact with active market parties and know what they want. And each year, we conduct a large-scale survey of developments in the residential investment market. This gives us a complete and up-to-date understanding of supply and demand and enables us to bring market parties together and act as a bridge between supply and demand.
