Valuations annual accounts (RJ645/manual)

When compiling the annual accounts, you want to make use of a reliable valuation of your property. The Housing Act prescribes that you must valuate your entire property portfolio at market value in a rented state. Our valuers are happy to help with this.

Basic or full version?

This depends on your objective. The basic version of the "Model-based measurement of market value Manual" provides you with a usable value for the total property portfolio, but not at complex level. The full version offers more options. It can, for example, apply property guidance to your portfolio, enabling you to optimise your social and financial return.

A well-substantiated valuation report

For each valuation, we put together a multidisciplinary team. You and your accountant are part of this team, along with our experienced valuers. By effectively structuring the cooperation in advance, the process is handled rapidly with minimum worry for you. We are pleased to answer any questions you or your accountant may have. The end result is that you will receive a well-substantiated valuation report you can use for your annual accounts.

If you wish, we can support you in the preparation phase. We regularly advise on compiling valuation complexes, efficient data gathering for complex or rental unit and the choice of valuation software (TMS).

Do you need a valuation for the annual accounts?

We have over 15 years of experience with current market valuations. Alongside valuations, we are also familiar with the RJ645 guidelines in accordance with the manual. We valuate properties that are operational and non-operational. We do this for dwellings, but also for commercial, social and healthcare properties.
