Valuations for financing

To finance a residential development, you need to be able to present a reliable, well-substantiated valuation report to your lender. Our valuers are happy to help you with this.

The basis for each valuation: current market knowledge

Our valuers have years of experience in making valuations of residential complexes throughout the Netherlands. We are active in this market on a daily basis and have a comprehensive detailed database of reference transactions. This enables us to provide an unparalleled up-to-date current market valuation to substantiate your acquisition or sales decision.

Determining the residual land value

We determine the residual land value of land with uncertain construction feasibility, rough construction land and construction-ready land. We do this based on the construction programmes and/or feasibility studies you have supplied. If these are not available, our valuers make an estimate of the optimal construction programme based on the environmental and legal frameworks.

A valuation report that complies with your financier's requirements

It is possible that a lender has specific requirements with regards to the valuation report. We are used to adapting valuation reports, if necessary, according to such requirements. As a result, you will have a reliable, objective valuation report at short notice that complies with the demands of your financier. The bank sometimes acts as the instructor or co-instructor in these processes. We are happy to advise you in carrying out this formal process.
