European regulations

European regulations impose strict rules on banks for the valuation of commercial property. The regulators of the Dutch Central Bank (DNB), the Dutch Financial Supervision Office (BFT) and the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) are striving to create stability and trust in the financial sector. All our valuers are registered at the NRVT in the Commercial Property chamber.

Valuations in any given format

We work with our own valuation models, but also very regularly work in the format used by the bank, which complies with the requirements of the supervising authority. We do this for ABN AMRO, ING and NIBC and Handelsbanken, among others. We are specialised in residential complexes and healthcare properties, and distinguish ourselves through our personal approach.
