The basis for each valuation: current market knowledge

Our valuers have years of experience in making valuations of residential complexes throughout the Netherlands. We are active in the market on a daily basis and have a comprehensive detailed database of reference transactions. Our up-to-date market knowledge enables us to quickly and effectively determine a market value for any project.

Determining the residual land value

We determine the residual land value of land with uncertain construction feasibility, rough construction land and construction-ready land. We do this based on the construction programmes and/or feasibility studies you have supplied. If these are not available, our valuers make an estimate of the optimal construction programme based on the environmental and legal frameworks. Thanks to our years of experience, we can provide an analysis of the proceeds and costs of your development within a short time frame.
