Altera Vastgoed sells residential property in Valkenswaard

Real estate investor Altera Vastgoed NV (further: Altera) has sold a portfolio consisting of 49 single-family homes to Vastwas. The homes are located in the centre of Valkenswaard, near various amenities. The homes all have a green label and are equipped with solar panels. Capital Value advised Altera in the transaction. Legal assistance was provided by Dentons. Vastwas was assisted by Fort Advocaten.

With the sale of the 49 properties, we are further implementing the rejuvenation of the portfolio. The proceeds from the sale will be used to further align the residential fund with the desired portfolio structure. Projects under construction in Zaandam, Amstelveen, Utrecht and Leiden, among others, will ensure further growth of the portfolio."
