Capital Value expands research team

Capital Value's research team is expanding as Levi Sleegers is joining the team as a data analyst. Levi will play an important role within the research team in updating and interpreting the increasing amount of data available from the residential investment market.
From the start, research has been an important aspect of Capital Value's services. Thijs Konijnendijk, Head of Research at Capital Value: "Most people are familiar with our annual research publication 'Housing and residential investment market in the Netherlands', the most complete research publication on the developments on the Dutch residential market for which we collaborate with ABF Research.
