Capital Value offers research report to Dutch Prime Minister Rutte

24 februari 2020

Last week, Kees van Harten and Marijn Snijders visited Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte in the Hague to hand him a copy of our annual research report on the developments in the Dutch housing and residential investment market. They held an interesting conversation about developments in the Dutch residential investment market and the opportunities to reduce the housing shortage.

On the same day, the House of Representatives held a debate with Minister van Veldhoven (Environment and Housing) about the shortages on the housing market in the Netherlands. What is the government doing to resolve the major shortage of homes in the Netherlands as quickly as possible? A number of motions were submitted during the debate, which will be voted on 3 March.

For more information about the Dutch residential investment market and the current developments, please read our press release with the research results. If you are interested in receiving the full research report, please contact us.
