Capital Value recently sold the Olympia portfolio in Amsterdam, a unique portfolio consisting of three complexes with in total 206 apartments and 10 commercial spaces. The complexes date back to the thirties and are part of the so-called 'Plan Zuid', an urban plan that was designed in the early 20th century by architect H.P. Berlage. Capital Value advised on the sale on behalf of B.V. Beleggingscombinatie Olympia.

The apartments are located in the popular area Amsterdam-Zuid and have been built according to the style of the 'Amsterdamse School'. Marijn Snijders, managing director of Capital Value: "Residential portfolios of these kind are 'a once in a lifetime opportunity'. Both Dutch and international investors showed their interest in the portfolio. A record number of investors were interested in acquiring the portfolio."
