Capital Value wins FD Gazelle Award

Capital Value has won the FD Gazellen Award 2020, a price that is handed out to the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. Het Financieele Dagblad (FD), the national financial newspaper in the Netherlands, announced this today. It is the fourth time that Capital Value receives the prestigious award. Previous awards date from 2015, 2018 (Silver) en 2019 (Bronze). We are very proud and thank all our clients and relations for the trust they have placed in us.
The largest team of specialists in the Dutch residential investment market
To qualify for an FD Gazellen Award, the turnover growth, profitability and the number of FTE over the past three years are considered. In recent years we have grown to become the largest team of specialists in the residential investment market in the Netherlands in the field of transaction guidance and valuation of homes and healthcare real estate. Our valuation services in particular have experienced an immense growth during that period.
