Lars Steverink joins new-build team Capital Value

Capital Value's new build & construction team is expanding. On April 14, Lars Steverink has joined the team as a real estate adviser. He will be responsible for advising developers on the sale of new-build developments. For the past five years, Lars worked as a tax adviser in the M&A practice at Meijburg & Co.
Due to demographic and economic developments in the Netherlands, the demand for new affordable rental homes is still very high. Institutional investors invested more than three-quarters (77%) of their capital in new-build developments in 2019 and have played an important role in this segment for years. In addition, more and more international investors are showing interest in new-build developments.
