Lingotto sells new-build development LOOS in the Hague to Vesteda

Lingotto has sold new-build development LOOS in The Hague to Vesteda. LOOS consists of 78 homes with an indoor parking garage. 80% of the apartments are in the mid-rental segment. The U-shaped residential complex with courtyard is being built on the former site of a church (Ontmoetingskerk). Capital Value advised Lingotto on the sale.
LOOS is a contemporary and striking design by AAArchitecten in Loosduinen, a district in the southwest of The Hague. The apartments have an average surface of approx. 63 sqm. The front doors of the apartments are located on a gallery around the courtyard. The complex has been developed with a high-quality durability class.

We still see a lot of interest from investors in these types of properties.
