Mattijs Grondman and Jacques Bink join Capital Value

Capital Value's team expands further. As per 1 October, Mattijs Grondman (right on photo) and Jacques Bink (left on photo) joined our team as real estate advisor.
Mattijs Grondman (40) will be responsible for advisory and transaction services to housing associations and healthcare institutions. He has extensive experience in this field. Mattijs previously worked for various housing associations and fulfilled various positions on an interim basis, such as portfolio manager, policy advisor, sales advisor and market & strategy advisor.
Jacques Bink (27) will be responsible for advisory and transaction services in the field of new developments and will also support our investor's desk. He previously worked as a real estate advisor at Cushman & Wakefield.
