SWZ purchases 64 rental apartments in Zwolle from Bouwinvest

Housing association SWZ has bought a residential property with 64 apartments in the Stadshagen district of Zwolle. The seller is Bouwinvest Residential Fund. It concerns a property from 1999 with energy labels A and B offering rental homes mainly in the social segment. Capital Value advised Bouwinvest on the sale.
Wiepke van Erp Taalman Kip, managing director of SWZ:. "This is a valuable addition to our portfolio. We are actively looking into how we can house even more house seekers with a narrow budget in Zwolle. The acquisition of properties from institutional investors, such as Bouwinvest, is a good example of this."
