Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance sells residential portfolio to FIFPro Properties

On behalf of one of her clients, Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance recently sold a residential portfolio consisting of 120 dwellings.The portfolio includes seven residential complexes with a total of 114 apartments and 6 single-family dwellings. The apartments are located in Maastricht, Zoetermeer, Berkel-Enschot and Sneek. The single-family dwellings are located in Beek, Maarssen and Winsum. Buyer of the portfolio is FIFPro Properties B.V. Capital Value advised Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance on the sale.
The apartments are located on good locations within the municipalities and in none of the apartment complexes indivual units have been sold off. The years of construction vary from 1987 to 1993. Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance sold the dwellings because they no longer fit in with the long-term investment objectives of their client.

The supply of larger residential portfolios of this quality is still limited in the Netherlands. The demand however, remains high. As a result, market parties are often prepared to pay portfolio premiums. We expect this trend to continue in the coming six months."
