Sale of new-build residential tower in Haarlem

Elan Wonen asked us to provide guidance with the sale of a new-build residential tower in Haarlem. The complex was comprised of 54 apartments with parking and storage, and was part of the Land in Zicht project on the Spaarne river.

Our approach

The project concerned an extremely marketable complex in a striking location, high-quality finish work and a recent construction year. We made an optimal list of the complex's sales documentation in cooperation with Elan Wonen. Meanwhile, the project lawyer mapped out the legal characteristics and principles of the sale. The sales documentation was made available to potential buyers via a digital data room. The sales strategy was determined consultation with Elan Wonen and we launched the complex on the market via a transparent and structured sales process. This meant that a lot of parties had an opportunity to bid on the project.

The result

A large number of bids were made, resulting in a second round of bidding and an optimal result. The residential tower was sold to Amvest Investment Management for the Amvest Residential Core Fund.
