Sale of a portfolio including 270 dwellings

We provided guidance to MN for the sale of a portfolio of 270 dwellings spread across the Netherlands. The entire portfolio comprised of 85 single-family homes, 186 multi-family homes and several parking spaces and garages.

Our approach

The dwellings were spread over 10 complexes (Alphen aan den Rijn, Apeldoorn, The Hague, Dieren, Eibergen, Huissen, Middelburg, Roermond and Voorburg) and constructed between 1952 and 1988. After an extensive analysis of the details of each complex, we launched a structured sales process. A large number of Dutch and international investors were invited to bid on the project. We advised using a bidding period.

The result

The portfolio was sold in its entirety to an international investor, the UK-based Round Hill Capital.
