New: WWS Optimisation scan

As of July 1, 2024, the Affordable Rent Act will come into effect in the Netherlands. The law applies to all rental contracts signed on or after July 1, 2024. No significant additional changes have been made compared to the bill and the adopted amendments from April this year.

What can we do for you?
In addition to an analysis of the housing evaluation points (WWS) to assess the impact of the law, we have recently developed an optimisation scan that provides insights into measures you can take to increase the number of WWS points per property.

How does this work?
We always start with a basic inventory of the WWS (WoningWaarderingsStelsel) points for your housing portfolio or new development. Subsequently, we have developed three scenarios that yield additional WWS points.

Simple, average, and extensive
Depending on your preferences, we can calculate various measures for you.  Using specially developed models, we quickly calculate the additional points gained from upgrading an energy label. In addition to the energy label scenario, we can also calculate the effects of adjustments in the finishing of, for example, kitchens or bathrooms, or changes in the layout of the property itself. By calculating these elements separately, you gain a clear overview of which measure best aligns with your objectives.
