It is possible that a lender has specific requirements with regards to the valuation report. We are used to adapting valuation reports according to such requirements. As a result, you will have a reliable, objective valuation report at short notice that complies with the demands of your financier.

The bank often acts as the instructor or co-instructor in these processes. We are happy to give you advice on how best to manage this process.
